Retaking The Country From The Proletariat

We must demand full media access for candidates. And we must threaten a full-blown Egypt-style revolution if Citizen’s United is not immediately overturned.”

In The Communist Manifesto, Karl Marx and Fredrick Engels attempt to explain the reasons for why there is class struggle and suggest how to prevent class separation. According to Marx there are two different types of social classes: the bourgeoisies and the proletarians. The bourgeoisie are capitalists who own the means of production and the proletarians are the working classes who are employed by the bourgeoisies. Due to their wealth, the bourgeoisies had the power to control pretty much of everything and the proletarians had little or no say in any political issues. According to Marx, the proletarians population would increase and they would eventually rise above the bourgeoisie and hold a revolt against them. (http://www.123helpme.com/preview.asp?id=98099)

Does anyone else see the parallels today with what happened then to produce a commuist nation? Are we headed in that direction?

There is a misconception that those who support civil rights and a social progressive platform are steering us towards communism. But this is a total fallacy, and a fabricated lie!

Socialism is not communism. Although Communism adopts aspects of Socialism, not all Socialists are Communists. Democracy, especially the type we have in the United States is a form of Social Democracy. Our Constitutions starts out with “We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America”

Our Government is setup as a Socialist beuacracy. The Government collects taxes and then distributes those taxes to the general population, not just to those that pay. It provides police, fire, schools, and libraries. It is the only reason we were able to build the first and still the largest interstate highway system in the world. Almost every aspect of our lives are touched and improved by social programs (Socialism)

So when someone from the Right starts pontificating about the evils of Socialism, remind him of what he would have to give up when his New World Order comes to power.
