Charlie says: The House Of Representatives moved with sonic speed Monday to pass the controversial “Cap and Trade Bill”. The Bill supposedly would reduce greenhouse gas emissions 17 % by 2020. It would further reduce greenhouse gas emissions 83% by 2050. The trouble is the house introduced and passed this bill within hours....
